Return & Refund Policy – PromGirlDress
At PromGirlDress, we take pride in offering high-quality dresses and excellent service. We want you to feel confident with every purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we gladly accept returns for store credit or exchange within 20 days of receiving your order.
Returns & Store Credit
- Store credit will be issued for the total value of your order, excluding shipping costs, discounts, or promotions.
- Store credit never expires and can be used toward any future purchase.
- A prepaid return shipping label is available for $14 (domestic orders only). If you choose this option, the fee will be deducted from your store credit.
- For international orders, all return shipping costs, duties, and customs fees are the customer’s responsibility and are non-refundable.
Eligibility Requirements
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and with all original tags attached.
- All return requests must be initiated within 20 days of receiving your order.
- Sale, clearance, and special promotion items are FINAL SALE and not eligible for return, exchange, or credit.
How to Request a Return
- Email us at support@promgirldress.com within 20 days of receiving your order.
- Include your order number and reason for return.
- Let us know if you’d like store credit or an exchange. (For exchanges, please provide the new style, size, and color.)
- Once approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.
- Your package must be postmarked within 5 days of receiving the RA number.
⚠️ Orders sent back without an RA number may be subject to a 50% fee, and processing time may be delayed.
Processing Time
- Returns are processed within 2–4 business days after we receive your package.
- You’ll receive an email confirmation once your store credit has been issued.
- If you requested an exchange, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation once your replacement order is on the way.
Important Notes
- Any item found to be worn, altered, damaged, or tampered with (without prior notice) will not be accepted, and the return will be void. The item will be shipped back to you.
- Sizing may vary by designer. We strongly recommend reviewing the Size Chart on each product page before placing your order to ensure the best fit.
Cancellation Policy
We understand plans can change, so we allow cancellations depending on the order status.
- Before Processing: Orders may be cancelled at no charge.
- In-Stock Items: Once processed (payment verified and order confirmed), cancellations will incur a 25% restocking fee.
- Pre-Order Items: Once processed, cancellations will incur a 50% restocking fee.
- Special Order Items: These are made specifically for you and cannot be cancelled once processed.
